My Commissions

Commissions: General Information + Pricing

  • I will be EXCLUSIVELY be using PayPal, NO exceptions

  • I reserve the right to decline any requests

  • All prices written in CAD$

  • When Commissioning me, please provide adequate reference or a clear idea through a description and/ or reference photos and/or your own sketch.

  • I will leave a small signature of my Instagram handle on every piece.

  • I will follow up with process photos usually at the sketch/thumbnail stage as well as the line-art stage at least.

  • I will ask for a 30% upfront payment, you will only receive the full resolution image after you have payed in FULL.

  • Time depends greatly on the individual commission and your personal time constraints, but please allow me at least a 2 week period to complete it.

  • All artworks are for PERSONAL use ONLY, meaning you cannot profit off of it Ex: No selling prints, no NFTs.

  • You are allowed to post your commission from me on your account as long as I am TAGGED and CLEARLY credited (same goes for profile pictures, credit me in your bio).

  • Lastly, don't be afraid to contact me (via DM or E-mail)! Even if you're unsure about pricing or think that I might reject your idea, we can always discuss different options we are both comfortable with. <3

  • If I receive any payment from you I will assume you have read the terms of service.

Terms of Service

General

  1. Prices are subject to change depending on the demand.

  2. I Have the right to reject any requests.

Payment

  1. ONLY PayPal will be used for security reasons

  2. You must pay at LEAST 30% of the price upfront

  3. No refunds will be given unless during the first 5 days after the first payment or if I myself cannot complete the order.

Delivery

  1. The customer will receive a high resolution DIGITAL FILE upon FULL PAYMENT

  2. It will take 2 weeks minimum from when I approve of the idea before the delivery, please know that any larger pieces will take longer

Revisions and Changes

  1. Any major changes will be done at the sketching stage, factors such as pose, significant facial features and composition must be decided at this stage.

  2. If the customer requests a big change late in the process such as during the line-art and rendering stages, time will be added until the delivery date and a % increase of the price will be added as well.

  3. However, if the changes are requested due to a misunderstanding on my part, no extra cost will be added, but I will still need more time to apply the changes.

Usage and Copyright

  1. As the artist I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online on any platform in any situation, and to use it in a portfolio.

  2. All copyrights belong to me.

  3. YOU retain the right to post the artwork online AS LONG as you provide proper credit I.E, my Instagram name and my UNOBSTRUCTED SIGNATURE. On Instagram you must TAG (@) me in the post or in your Instagram bio (for profile pics).

  4. If not using Instagram, please provide my Instagram handle and a link to this website. If this cannot be done, please contact me and let me know.

  5. YOU may NOT profit from the commissioned artwork: NO selling prints, NO NFTs, NO redistributions.

  6. YOU MAY: Give it as a gift to a friend, print it for PERSONAL USE ex: hanging in your room, using it as a profile picture or personal website banner ( Twitter, YouTube).

  7. You may NOT alter the final artwork without permission.

  8. And of course, you CANNOT claim the artwork as your own.
